Healthcare Program Coordinator

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. This includes collaborating with the Activity Director to create engaging experiences that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement activity care plans and resident assessments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless execution and maximum participation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
