Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, the Account Manager will play a vital role in promoting maximized referrals through the design and implementation of outreach programs. This includes creating and disseminating marketing collateral materials and ensuring the successful execution of these initiatives.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and execute strategies, outreach, and educational activities to maximize census
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with key influencers in the community
  • Support the execution of the annual marketing plan, service line plan, and budget
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Director of Business Development to plan and execute outreach programs in line with the CHHA's growth initiatives
  • Manage numerous, multi-step projects simultaneously with the highest attention to detail
  • Possess a solid understanding of Cobble Hill LifeCare's CHHA target population and insurance type
  • Serve as the designated representative for Cobble Hill LifeCare to the media and other outside interested parties and officials
  • Plan communications campaigns with primary referral sources
  • Implement educational programs, e.g., wellness and prevention, for primary target populations
  • Create and disseminate educational newsletters for patients, families, and referral sources
  • Serve as liaison between service providers and patients, families, and referral sources
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or Public Health with a focus on healthcare
  • 2-3 years of Marketing or Public Relations experience
  • Previous experience in home care and/or hospital settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
