Job Description

Vytelle is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities in the Vytelle warehouse and distribution center, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, track purchases, and maintain accurate records in the MRP system.
  • Coordinate the receipt and allocation of inventory, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with quality control activities, collaborating with teams from different departments to ensure optimum inventory levels.
  • Collect and enter data, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the stability of Vytelle's ADVANCE IVF operations.
  • Perform physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to maintain a collaborative relationship and develop SOPs or additional improvements to the procure to pay structure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Strong PC skills, including internet and Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology, as well as policies and procedures associated with shipping and receiving in a distribution center environment.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
  • Two years of work experience in warehouse or shipping and receiving is preferred.
Working Conditions

The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
