Position Summary

The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator is tasked with overseeing operations within the Vytelle warehouse and distribution center. This role encompasses tracking purchases, managing receipts, staging shipments, and ensuring supply integrity and organization. The Coordinator will assist in quality control processes and collaborate with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels. Accurate data collection and inventory record maintenance in the MRP system are essential for the stability of Vytelle's ADVANCE IVF operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Orders: Accurately receive and allocate all Purchase Orders in Business Central.
  • Transfer Orders: Issue transfer orders with precise item descriptions and relevant details.
  • Sales Orders: Pack and ship Sales Orders while ensuring detail accuracy in Business Central.
  • Finance Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance department to develop SOPs and enhance the procure-to-pay structure.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain accuracy regarding incoming and outgoing POs, TOs, and SOs.
  • Media Coordination: Collaborate with the Media team to ensure proper packing and documentation of shipments.
  • Lot Tracking: Attach appropriate lots to POs, SOs, and TOs, and utilize item tracing features in Business Central.
  • Lot Differentiation: Maintain distinct color coding for each lot to prevent mixing.
  • Expiration Management: Monitor lot expirations and maintain a FIFO model based on expiration dates.
  • Warehouse Insight: Master warehouse insight tools for efficient inventory scanning.
  • Manual Shipments: Physically lift and securely pack items for shipment, ensuring minimal damage during transit.
  • Partner Lab SOPs: Maintain communication with Partner Labs Relations Manager to adhere to specific shipping and packing SOPs.
  • Materials Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of warehouse items and their applications.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with various departments to ensure timely responses and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and apply company product codes and shipping procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective inventory management.
  • Preferred two years of experience in warehouse or shipping and receiving.
Physical Requirements

Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
