Key Responsibilities

  • Store and manage inventory by designating storage areas, adjusting storage according to production and shipping requirements, and updating location databases.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized and tidy.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless inventory management and support business objectives.
  • Assist with daily put-away and perform spot inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and quality.
  • Report any accidents or incidents to a supervisor immediately.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience with warehouse equipment and inventory management software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Minimal travel required.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
