Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary:

Vytelle is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating activities in the Vytelle warehouse and distribution center, including tracking purchases, managing receipts, and staging shipments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Orders:
    • Receive and process all purchase orders in Business Central, allocating items to inventory as needed.
  • Transfer Orders:
    • Issue transfer orders with accurate item descriptions and supporting variables, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Sales Orders:
    • Pack and ship sales orders, collaborating with the purchasing team to ensure accuracy in Business Central.
  • Inventory Counts:
    • Conduct regular inventory counts, maintaining accuracy and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Lot Tracking:
    • Attach lots to purchase orders, sales orders, and transfer orders, utilizing item tracing features in Business Central.
  • Warehouse Insight:
    • Train and master warehouse insight tools for scanning inventory into Dynamics via scanner and printer tools.
  • Manual Shipments:
    • Prepare and ship packages, ensuring accurate labeling and secure packaging.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite and internet proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology, as well as shipping and receiving policies.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
  • Two years of work experience in warehouse or shipping and receiving preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift items up to 50lb at times.
