This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc.

The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant, including setting requirements for the job and making decisions about hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Job Summary

As a Team Leader at Jack in the Box, you will act as the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to provide a great guest experience.

You will create an environment that is fun, friendly, clean, and safe, and assist in managing daily activities to achieve excellence in operational performance.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs

You must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
