Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility required as project needs may vary.

Compensation: Competitive wages with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of HVAC installation and troubleshooting for new construction projects.
  • Install ductwork and distribution systems according to industry standards.
  • Set up residential heating and cooling systems to meet company specifications.
  • Conduct system startups and perform diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document procedures, actions taken, and recommend solutions in detailed reports.
  • Request necessary supplies, materials, and equipment accurately.
  • Engage with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to fellow team members.
  • Make adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for installation tasks.
  • Maintain knowledge of HVAC and electrical codes.
  • Organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Generate necessary documentation and queries for project management.
  • Coordinate with project managers regarding material requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass company screenings.
  • Experience in new construction is advantageous.
  • EPA certification is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Capability to use hands for various tasks including signaling, grabbing, and operating tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
