Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our residential HVAC team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of residential HVAC projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop comprehensive plans for residential HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in residential HVAC field.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
