Job Summary:

R&T Yoder HVAC Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installation HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects
  • Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans to meet customer needs
  • Install and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to improve skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
