Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
  • Install new HVAC systems and remove old ones
  • Train junior team members on HVAC systems and local codes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers
  • Order and maintain equipment
  • Run pipe and duct systems through commercial buildings
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical data
  • Understand refrigeration cycles and pressure/temperature readings

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HVAC field experience
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and local codes
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
