Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, installing new HVAC systems, and troubleshooting issues with existing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
  • Install new HVAC systems, including removal of old systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing HVAC systems
  • Train junior team members on HVAC systems and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers
  • Order and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Run pipe and duct systems through homes
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams
  • Understand refrigeration cycles and interpret technical data
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HVAC field experience
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and local codes
