About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic teams and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Benefits Customer Care Advocate, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through our product features and resolving complex benefit questions.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Your proactive and solution-oriented mindset will be essential in driving authentic interactions through phone, email, and chat.

Success on the Benefits Customer Care team is driven by the personal responsibility taken on by each of our advocates to drive exceptional customer experiences. You will take pride in finding resolutions to complex benefit questions and work collaboratively with our team to influence product development.

Responsibilities
  • Own customers' inquiries from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and accurate resolution.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to influence product development and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, and communicate updates to customers in a way that ensures an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the benefits or payroll industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and influence product development.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate multiple digital systems.
