Job Description

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping public safety agencies achieve their goals and protect their communities. As a Senior Customer Success Advocate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to maximize their use of Motorola Solutions products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to increase customer adoption and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including technical and command leadership representatives.
  • Provide proactive and reactive advocacy for customers, acting as a quarterback to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, sales, engineering, public safety, or project management.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven system for tracking multiple customer requests, issues, and strategic plans.
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level customers, preferably in the public safety industry.
  • Working knowledge of Motorola Solutions products, including Motorola FLEX, PremierOne, CommandCentral, AWARE, and Emergency Call handling.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
