Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team at Adams Keegan. As a key member of our employee benefits team, you will be responsible for managing complex employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Account Maintenance: Coordinate renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, collaborating with carriers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, advocating for clients within the organization.
- Sales Support: Process applications, payments, and enrollments, assisting in proposal development and presentations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, utilizing agency management systems effectively.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance or benefits-related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient software experience, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
