Our client, a leading insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for managing complex employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to clients and foster a collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide proactive support and address inquiries promptly.

• Account Maintenance: Coordinate renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, and monitor compliance with regulations and industry standards.

• Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, advocate for clients within the organization, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Sales Support: Process applications, payments, and enrollments, assist in proposal development and presentations, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance or benefits related field.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient software experience, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain.
