Essential Skills and Qualifications *
1-3 years of experience in a technical support or desktop assistance role, focusing primarily on phone interactions.
Proficient in supporting Microsoft server operating systems, particularly Office365 applications.
Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
Skilled in installing and resolving issues related to desktop and laptop operating systems and software applications.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service abilities.
*Familiarity or experience with networking concepts (DNS, TCP, DHCP, IP, connecting to routers and switches).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
*Experience using Cherwell as a ticketing system.
*Familiarity with Cisco and Forticlient technologies.
