Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including health systems, physicians, and KOLs, to build clinical credibility and generate clinical evidence.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to prioritize collaborations that support evidence-based decision-making and promote adoption of our predictive diagnostic solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to source data and establish partnerships with healthcare organizations and KOLs, driving projects from identification and outreach to contracting, execution, and dissemination of findings.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical affairs; preferred candidates with breast cancer/oncology medical affairs experience.
  • Excellent understanding of medical research, with priority given to candidates experienced in biomarkers, medical oncology, diagnostics, medical imaging, molecular biology.
  • Published basic science, translational or clinical papers in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Strong preference given to candidates with breast cancer experience.
  • Preferred advanced degree (PhD, postdoc, MD).
  • Track record of independent work and research, intense work ethic, ability to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and growing strategic relationships with physicians.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
