Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operations Management team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist the Operations Management team in planning, implementing, and tracking projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Operations Management team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Budgeting: Assist in tracking project expenses, preparing budget reports, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or project management environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
