Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team in San Jose. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our food programs and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event setup, teardown, and execution, including problem-solving and ensuring high-quality customer experiences
  • Assist with restaurant onboarding and access to our locations
  • Gain proficiency in our technology and standard operating procedures
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, restaurant arrivals, and email communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct promotions and mobile app coaching for our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Facilitate audits to ensure consistency and high-quality event setups
  • Escalate issues to the Operations Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Organizational and detail-oriented with a Type-A personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior catering or serving experience is a plus
