We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team in San Jose. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our food programs and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support event setup, teardown, and execution, including problem-solving and ensuring high-quality customer experiences
- Assist with restaurant onboarding and access to our locations
- Gain proficiency in our technology and standard operating procedures
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, restaurant arrivals, and email communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues with our point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Conduct promotions and mobile app coaching for our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Facilitate audits to ensure consistency and high-quality event setups
- Escalate issues to the Operations Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Organizational and detail-oriented with a Type-A personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior catering or serving experience is a plus
