Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute reliability test plans for new and existing products
  • Analyze data and provide clear findings to engineering, biological, and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reliability issues
  • Mentor junior engineers in problem-solving, project management, and reliability planning and analysis
Requirements:
  • BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical) with 7+ years of test engineering experience
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizing
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated statistics-based data analysis using packages such as Weibull++. JMP, Minitab, Python
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Experience with CAD packages such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Software development skills supporting data acquisition
