Marketing and Trade Show Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Trade Show Manager to join our team at Daniel Defense LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles, as well as experience in product marketing or a related field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product validation, consumer product use experience, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This includes demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering product training program materials for internal teams (sales, marketing) and external audiences (dealers, distributors)
- Establishing leadership strategies and implementing merchandising collateral and visual needs to support Omni channel programs
- Crafting channel marketing sales and merchandising materials to support field teams, including display footprint layouts, planograms, visual aids, and swag distribution
- Working with creative teams on best-in-class presentations representing core brand needs and product displays for all tradeshows selected
- Creating tradeshow metric ROI modeling platforms with quarterly review summaries
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- About 3-5 years of channel merchandising experience with consumer products
- A proven track record of exceeding sales or marketing goals
- Experience with social media marketing and community management
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
