The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and promoting marketing, advertising and communication related activities for internal and external customers.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a New Home builder.

In this role, you will:

  • Update and maintain marketing materials, including the website and brochure inserts.
  • Conduct monthly community visits to evaluate signage and support the sales team.
  • Lead monthly community calls with marketing updates and campaign schedules.
  • Manage website updates with an outside agency to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with social media partner Chatterbuzz for monthly content approval.
  • Provide assets for social media posts on various platforms.
  • Manage YouTube channels for MintoUSA and Latitude Margaritaville.
  • Create on-site media content and work with videographers for community events.
  • Track and reconcile marketing invoices against the budget.
  • Assist in coordinating community and offsite events, including sponsorships.
  • Create and ensure accuracy of marketing and advertising materials.
  • Coordinate the ordering of marketing collateral and promotional items.
  • Implement marketing strategies for company-wide projects.
  • Organize marketing materials in storage facilities and maintain inventory.
  • Support sales team with marketing collateral and updates interactive systems.


We would like you to have:

Education: College Degree in Marketing or Related Field

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience preferably in New Home Construction

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,, Google Workspace, Adobe, Photoshop and Canava
  • Experience working in both a CMS and CRM platform
  • Multitasking and projects
  • Detailed focused
  • Deadline oriented
  • Creative and Innovative
  • Managing relationships
  • Good communication, written, verbal skills and listening skills
  • Proven analytical, research and report writing skills
