Sales Director

Sourced Experts Ltd is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join their team and drive sales growth in the air and ocean logistics industry.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, preferably in air and ocean freight, and be familiar with international trade and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold-calling and prospecting
- Manage the sales pipeline and update the CRM system regularly
- Supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure customer requirements are met
- Proven track record of sales success in the transportation and logistics industry
- Knowledge of freight forwarding or customs brokerage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
