Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct community tours and host events to build occupancy and drive sales
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven commission-based sales experience
  • Compassionate and interested in working with seniors
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to discover sales motivations and needs
  • Quick and strategic thinker with objection-handling skills
  • Ability to close sales in person and over the phone
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and goal-achievement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems
