At EquipmentShare, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Safety Team as a Safety Management Intern.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to take on new challenges and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand capabilities for the department and organization.
  • Partner with safety management to assist in communicating notices, training materials, and other departments where projects involve other departments.
  • Sets and manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members.
  • Compile and share safety data with all leadership levels, ensuring accuracy and timely communication for informed decision-making and compliance.

About You:

  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have high attention to detail.
  • You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
  • You are a self-starter and take initiative.
