Job Title: Safety Officer

Odle Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for enforcing laws, rules, and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce all authorized laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and health and safety practices.
  • Conduct accident investigations and process student accident and injury reports in full compliance with required regulations.
  • Promote safety campaigns to reduce accidents and injuries.
  • Provide Safety Awards and recognition.
  • Attend required staff training sessions.
  • Maintain accountability of staff, students, and property, adhering to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Prefer three to six months experience in a safety or work-related capacity.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of safety procedures.
  • Must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to effectively relate to trainee population.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
