- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize hazards
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety protocols are in place and followed
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- High school diploma or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience in safety and health
- Associate's degree with 6-8 years of experience in safety and health
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in safety and health
- Five years of general industry experience
- Three years of general industry experience with Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to attain TS/SCI polygraph clearance
- Safety Management Systems (SMS) knowledge and experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with safety software and technology
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment: This role requires frequent travel to construction sites and may involve working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex safety information to employees and stakeholders.
