About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Anchor Behavioral Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve a high level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
  • Provide expert training and support to caregivers and staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to promote positive behavior change.
  • Conduct regular home and community visits to monitor BSP implementation and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and data collection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of empathy and compassion when interacting with clients and families.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
