Job Summary
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional administrative support to the company. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring prompt communication with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the company as needed.
- Ensure visitors are taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front reception area and common areas, maintaining a clean and presentable environment.
- Scan information as requested.
- Schedule meetings and ensure conference room availability.
- Communicate with homeowners to schedule measures.
Requirements
- Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous typing and Excel experience preferred.
