Job Title: Forensic Social Worker

The Babson College community is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of the Behavioral Assessment Consultation Team (BACT), you will provide expert consultation and guidance on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review case files and conduct forensic analysis to guide BACT in making appropriate determinations regarding potential threats to the Babson community.
  • Provide expert consultation regarding possible mental health status of individuals in question.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risk and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with BACT members to provide training and consultation on mental health issues, behavioral analysis, and policy development.
  • Operate within the limits of confidentiality in accordance with clinical licensure and College policies.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D./PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, MSW, MA in counseling/clinical psychology, or equivalent, with specialized training in forensic psychology; licensed by the State of Massachusetts.
  • At least 10+ years of related counseling experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, with a demonstrated commitment to the highest ethical standards of professional practice.
  • Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.
