At Radiant Minds ABA Therapy, we're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement personalized behavior intervention programs to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Work closely with a BCBA clinician to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children, focusing on behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities.
  • 6 months of ABA experience (preferred).
  • Current RBT certification through the BACB.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
