We are seeking a highly skilled Intervention Specialist to join our team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education. As an Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing educational and therapeutic services to students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement instructional plans to meet the unique needs of students with IEPs.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in a classroom setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- State teaching license and/or certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with IEPs and autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
