Job Title: Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Intervention Specialist to join our team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education. As an Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing educational and therapeutic services to students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement instructional plans to meet the unique needs of students with IEPs.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students in a classroom setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instructional plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • State teaching license and/or certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with students with IEPs and autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
