About the Opportunity:

  • The company provides full-service property management, accounting, and financial services to residential properties, with an average client relationship of over 12 years.
  • As a family-run business, they offer flexibility in work hours and accommodate family needs.
  • The accounting team has a long history of service, with the AR Manager having been with the company for over 25 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to unit owners, including phone and email communication.
  • Process cash receipts and charges, including late fees.
  • Upload lockbox transactions into the Yardi system.
  • Analyze unit owners' ledgers to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong background in Microsoft Excel.
  • Real estate experience is a plus.
