About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field IT Support Representative to join our team at K-Tek Resourcing. As a Field IT Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients in various locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for Windows and macOS devices, including laptops and desktops.
  • Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, slow internet speeds, and network security threats.
  • Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and installations, including computer assembly and repair.
  • Install and configure software applications, operating systems, and device drivers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience providing IT support in deskside, remote desktop, or field environments.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues on Windows and macOS devices.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
  • Technical Certifications
  • Prior experience in Telecom industry as Field Services Technician will be an advantage.
