Job Summary

Wilsonart is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Seattle location. This role will be responsible for supervising all office functions, managing inventory control and accounting, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise office personnel and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage inventory control and accounting functions, including preparing documentation for shipments and performing sales analysis
  • Coordinate production schedule and work with plant liaison to ensure proper flow and communication
  • Provide outstanding customer service to walk-up customers and handle inbound phone calls
  • Assist with special instructions and processes related to the warehouse and its customers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager or Team Leader role, supervising customer service
  • Knowledge of inventory control and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to lead people and manage multiple projects
Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area, with frequent opportunity to move about.
