Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team at Randstad USA. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the execution, storage, and organization of commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of commercial contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Store and organize executed contracts in a secure and accessible manner for business and legal teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, services operations, and legal departments.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of original documents, including scanning, filing, and document shipping.
- Utilize contract management software to upload contracts and perform data entry.
- Provide general assistance to the Contracts Manager Team.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management.
- Some college education, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Legal Studies.
- Paralegal certification in lieu of college education.
- Proficiency in contract management and electronic signature software.
- Strong record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
