About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Industrial Water Treatment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the industrial water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, channel partners, and consultants
  • Manage sales funnel and opportunity pipeline through our CRM system
  • Participate in sales activities, including customer site visits, trade seminars, and product demonstrations
  • Travel within the region for significant portions of each fiscal year (over 50% of the time)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years of sales or channel management experience in the water treatment industry
  • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications
  • High energy performer with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving mentality with a can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for a UV manufacturer, channel partner, or water treatment integrator
