Job Title: Regional Director

Professional Case Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to lead our health services and clinical operations in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of caregivers, nurses, case managers, and senior case managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of caregivers, nurses, case managers, and senior case managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and appropriateness of all caregiver services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Partner and collaborate with recruiting and staffing departments to ensure the hiring and scheduling of personnel within their scope of practice and competency.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the local market presence.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing.
  • Current unblemished and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, including in-home healthcare.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience preferred.
  • One to two (1-2) years RN Case Management experience preferred.
