Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses the comprehensive management of parking operations, including shuttle fleet oversight, self-parking, and valet services, while leading your team effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in the parking sector, ideally with a focus on hospitality. Essential qualifications include:
  • Progressive management experience with direct oversight of front-line teams.
  • Experience in scheduling and payroll management is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

As a Parking Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:
  • Training and developing supervisors and team members.
  • Reviewing and approving work schedules to ensure optimal coverage while controlling costs.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints and operational challenges.
  • Managing employee, operational, and payroll reporting.
  • Overseeing customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
  • Developing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
  • Conducting audits to ensure revenue integrity.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and client policies.
  • Addressing operational issues as necessary.
