Key Responsibilities:

As a Parking Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with parking regulations and operational standards to enhance profitability while mitigating financial risks.
  • Engaging in the recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of team members to uphold service excellence.
  • Coordinating special events and collaborating with fellow Supervisors and Directors as necessary.
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, vehicle-related claims, and service inconsistencies.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with property management, clients, and visitors.
  • Monitoring operational metrics and performance to initiate cost-saving measures while fostering teamwork across various locations and departments.
  • Promoting a safe and hygienic work environment by guiding team members on the effective use of equipment and resources.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
  • Previous experience in parking operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-energy setting, juggling various responsibilities while adhering to deadlines.
