Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses the comprehensive management of shuttle operations, including oversight of the shuttle fleet and leadership of the local team.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the Shuttle or Transportation sector.
- Demonstrated management experience with direct team supervision.
- Experience in scheduling and payroll management is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

As a Transportation Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Training and developing front-line staff.
- Reviewing and approving work schedules to ensure optimal coverage while controlling costs.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and participating in client meetings.

- Overseeing employee, operational, and payroll reporting.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service programs.

- Responding to operational issues as necessary, including after-hours support.
