Job Overview

Pherson is seeking a dedicated Training Administrator to oversee various aspects of our training initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this position.

Note: An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory. This role is full-time and requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination of all training activities, including maintaining schedules, preparing instructional materials, and evaluating course effectiveness.
  • Provide technical assistance for virtual training sessions, ensuring a seamless training environment and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate databases.
  • Facilitate student communication and manage participation records.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team including Program Managers, Instructors, and Instructional Designers to implement training programs.
  • Assist in the development of training materials such as guides, workbooks, and presentations, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Support classroom training by preparing equipment and materials before and after sessions.
  • Administer evaluations and surveys, managing assessment tools and metrics.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to evaluate the relevance of training content and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain quality control through thorough proofreading and adherence to style guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least four years of experience in a similar role supporting training programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering relationships across all management levels.
  • Excellent planning capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of training processes and best practices.
  • Skilled in tracking metrics and compiling training data for reporting purposes.
