Pherson is seeking a dedicated Training Administrator to oversee various aspects of our training initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals. Important Note: An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory for this role. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of training activities, including the development and maintenance of training schedules, preparation of instructional materials, and support for instructors during course delivery.
- Provide technical assistance for virtual training sessions, ensuring a seamless training environment and resolving any connectivity issues.
- Manage database operations, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee student communications, attendance tracking, and roster management.
- Collaborate closely with a team comprising Program Managers, Instructors, and Instructional Designers to implement training programs effectively.
- Assist in the creation and development of training materials such as guides, workbooks, and presentations, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Support instructors in classroom settings by preparing equipment and materials for training sessions.
- Administer evaluations and surveys, managing the associated software and metrics.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Maintain quality control through meticulous proofreading and adherence to client style guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a similar role within a training environment.
- Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering relationships across all management levels.
- Excellent planning skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of training processes and best practices.
- Ability to track metrics and compile training data for reporting purposes.
