Role Summary:
The Cybersecurity Training Lead will oversee comprehensive training initiatives for enterprise-level cybersecurity education. This role entails managing all training aspects for specified cybersecurity requirements, ensuring the effective execution and oversight of contractor personnel and their subcontractors involved in support services. The Cybersecurity Training Lead will monitor staff performance and the quality of deliverables within the designated task area.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support for the delivery of CISOD Cybersecurity training services as outlined in the Task Order (TO) SOW.
- Engaging in project planning, content creation, instructional design, and administrative support.
- Collaborating with cybersecurity experts and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop relevant training content.
- Administering the designated Cybersecurity Training delivery platform.
- Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and end users through various channels.
- Preparing training briefings, reports for management, and policy updates.
- Developing training modules and offering expertise in blended training development using government-approved tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, KnowBe4).
- Ensuring compliance with 508 and SCORM standards for training modules.
- Creating and maintaining professionally written Cybersecurity Training Program handbooks.
- Analyzing and compiling training performance metrics to assess compliance.
- Supporting the planning and execution of Social Engineering exercises.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Conducting research to support training initiatives and activities.
- Updating relevant training resources and ensuring accessibility.
- Contributing to the establishment and enhancement of the DHS Information Technology Academy and IT Immersion Program.
- Developing training materials aligned with federal cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
- Fostering a cyber-aware culture through engaging training scenarios and case studies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Active SECRET security clearance required.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
