Job Title: Valet Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Valet Operations Supervisor to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our valet services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the valet service, including supervising staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching of valet staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and process daily paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required; ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) may be required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
