Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Second Shift is a key leadership role within the Service Center Operations team at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation. This position is responsible for leading and managing all warehouse activities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and driving results-oriented performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to execute daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Requirements
