Job Overview:
As a Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading our client's sales teams and business operations in the Upper Mid-West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage a P&L of at least $50M and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience in an OEM producing machining, fabrication, or custom capital equipment servicing manufacturing environments (high mix/low volume).
- Diverse background leading sales teams and/or business operations with a proven track record of success.
- Located in the Upper Mid-West or willing to relocate.
