Sales and Marketing Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our senior living team in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and supporting a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy, promoting positive customer relations, and serving as a resource to residents and families seeking information.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to achieve full occupancy
- Promote Ebenezer's senior living community through various marketing channels
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and families
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Assume special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successful occupancy development
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
