About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at MSI. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop sales and margins of our tile product lines with our retailer/dealer network in your assigned geographic territory.

Job Summary
  • To perform this job successfully, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current customers and potential customers within your specific territory.
  • You will assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, ensuring they can present and negotiate effectively with consumers.
  • You must understand our products, market competition, and how to position them to overcome these factors.
  • Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
  • You will also understand retail business financials to consult with dealers on retail pricing, advertising, promotions, and ROI.
  • Quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for customer orders.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of our delivery schedules.
  • Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers.
